Expressed understanding of project scope, objectives, and complexity. <br /> <br />2. The conceptual and technical approach to the conduct of the study including <br /> th, involvement of the T.H. #47 Corridor Study Task Force, Steering <br /> Committee, and the public along the corridor. <br /> <br />3. project work plan identifying the project deliverables and time line under <br /> which the project can be completed. <br /> <br /> Qualifications of both firm and project team personnel in traffic engineering <br /> and transportation planning. Experience of project personnel will be given <br /> grater weight than that of the firm. <br /> <br />5.
