Late proposals will not be accepted. Submit 6 copies of the proposal, proposals are to be sealed in mailing envelopes or packages with the responder'si name and address clearly written on the outside. Terms of the proposal as stated midst be valid for the length of the project. Project Completion Date: The project will be completed by October 31, 1995; or within 4 months from the date of project authorization. G. Proposal Cgntents: The following will be considered minimum contents of the proposal: Restate the firms' understanding of the project scope, objectives, goals, and complexity. 2. Identify and describe the deliverables to be provided by the responder.
