Mayor Hardin and <br />Councilmeml~rs Peterson and Beahen meet with Ramsey City Administrator Schroeder <br />in the private Offices of city hall. The meeting appeared to be prearranged (because <br />Council Member Peterson excused himself to join the others) mad a violation of the open <br />meeting law. The activities of Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson and Beahen also <br />suggest the m~etir~g was intended to exclude councilmembers Beyer and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />On Monday August 7, 1995, Mr. Peterson will be representing the pro-development <br />position opposing the charter amendment.
