15.

16.

17.

18.

19.

20.

21.

22.

152nd Lane~ east of Alpaca Street
This has fl ~0oded a walkout basement in the past because it maintains the same water level
as the largeibody of water to the east which has no outlet.

149th Avenue west of Peridot Street
149th Ave~ue was flooded at one time and we pumped the water down to the railroad
tracks and built the road up about two to three feet and that took care of the road, but one
driveway still floods. There is no threat to the house.

151st Lane and Iguana Street
This is a low area that floods yards but no threat to houses or roads. Water from Iguana
and Hedgehog Street south of 153rd drain down to this point.

153rd Lane and Xenon Street
Water fills ia ditch in this location in the spring when the ground is frozen and may run
across the rbad. No threat to houses.

178th Lane and Tonto Street
This floods~a yard south of 178th Lane in the spring when the ground is frozen. No threat
to houses or roads. This could be corrected by digging a shallow ditch across a yard on the
north side df 178th Lane and drain it to a pond west of Tonto Street.

151 st Avenge and Fluorine Street
This whole, area has drainage problems due to roads being built without ditches and they
have been lhere nearly 30 years with no maintenance except grading and snowplowing.
This can beiaddressed with street improvements.

140th Lane !& Fluorine Street
This area h~as road flooding. . in the spring when the waterway is full of snow. The ditch
needs to be ,leaned, but is in the wrong place. It is on private property.

15410 ArgO~n Street '
A swale constructed across a drainage easement conducts storm water from Halland Acres
to a wetland to the west. Public Works dug this waterway deeper several years ago to the
satisfactionl of the previous owner. The present owner has indicated that the swale fills
with snow and water does not flow. The owner experienced water in his basement last
spring. Welcouldn't dig any deeper due to a drainfield in the area. One solution would be
to keep a pa~th open all winter so there would be no snow to block it in the spring.

/CCI'
