Councilmember RESOLUTION introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-08: ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND ~ND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF BISON STREET BETWEEN 171ST AND 173RD AVENUE NORTHWEST). PREPARATION OF PLANS #95-16 AVENUE WHEREAS~ a resolution of the City Council adopted the May 23, 1995, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. ~tween 171st Avenue and 173rd Avenue N.W. (Project ~95-16); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held on June 13, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard ~ere given an opportunity to be do so. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted May 23, 1995. That Steven J. Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare or have prepared the plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
