(AEC), hereafter referred to as <br />"Developer", ha~ properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in <br />the City of Ram~ey: <br /> <br /> The North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32 North, West, Anoka <br /> County, MiOnesota, except that part now platted as Gateway North Industrial Park, and <br /> also except P, arcel 4, Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16, and also except <br /> the North two feet of the South 35 feet of that part of the North Half of the Southwest <br /> Quarter of S~ction 27, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, lying West of the East 1,584 <br /> feet thereof, ~noka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All that part ~f the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32 North, <br /> Range 25 West, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Southerly of the Southerly Right-of-Way <br /> line of Anol~a County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 8, except Parcel 5, Anoka County <br /> Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on May 24, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />AEC for AEC Ehergy Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 6, 1995, and approved the sketch <br />plan of AEC Enerrgy Park and directed the developer to proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WItERiEAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on June 8, <br />recommended lalad dedication to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br />1995, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public heating on July 5, 1995 and <br />recommended that the City Council approve the preliminary plat of AEC Energy Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on July 25, 1995 and approved the preliminary plat for <br />AEC Energy P~k. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEYi ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to AEC Energy Park in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-03-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
