Each of the individual lots will be required to submit grading and drainage plans when making application for site plan approval to develop the lots. However, the southeastern portion of the site may be too low to be drained to the wetland and may require on site detention before being discharged to the wetland outlet pipe. Utilities: The plat will be served by municipal water and sanitary sewer. Outlot C located between Lot 1, Block 3 and Lot 1, Block 4 will accommodate the extension of sanitary sewer north off of Jasper Sweet N.W. Streets: Lot 1, Block 1, will be the location of the new AEC facility and access is proposed at County Roads #56 and #i t6 and Sunwood Drive. A letter from the Anoka County Highway Department dated May 30, 1995 finds the access scheme to be acceptable. The final plat will have to be modified to dedicate the right of access along the remaining portions of #56 and #I 16 to Anoka County. Park Dedication: The plat was reviewed by the Park Commission at it's regular meeting in June. The Commission recommended acceptance of the 27 acre wetland/park/open space area in the northeast corner of the plat as satisfaction of the park dedication requirement. The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 1995 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. to consider your request for site plan review. ~ey will also be considering your request for final plat approval of AEC Energy Park.
