BUILDING FACADE. The Perrnittee agrees to construct all building faces of the same <br />material as listed or~ the Building Elevations consisting of one (1) sheet prepared by <br />Boatman Kroos Pfister Rudin & Associates dated July 24, 1995. <br /> <br />FINANCIAL. No building permit for the Site <br />will be issued until' the permittee has signed and returned this Development Permit. No <br />Certificate of Occupancy for the structure will be issued until the Required Improvements <br />are accepted by the City. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. The Required Impr.oyements <br />shall be completed before December 20, 1996. <br /> <br />ESCROW. The City and Permittee herein agree that the standard forms of financial <br />guarantee to insure the installation of the Required Improvements are hereby waived. <br /> <br />RECOGNITION OF LOCATION.
