Councilmember ~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: PROPOSED RESOLUTION #95-09- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY DWELL '~NG MOVING PERMIT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHERFaAS, George Grabrick and American Family Insurance have properly applied for a Dwelling Move.. g Pernut for the temporary placement of a mobile home on the property generally known as 7731 172nd Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Golden Eagle Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject !~roperty); and WHERI~AS, the Planning Commission met on September 11, 1995, to review the application and r6commended City Council approval of the request NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAI~ISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. A Dwellhig Moving Permit, hereinafter referred to as "Permit", is hereby granted to George Grabrick ~nd American Family Insurance, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", for the tempor ~ar~, placement of a mobile home, hereinafter referred to as "Temporary Structure", on the Subject Property. 2. That the Permittee shall provide the City with proof of ownership of the Subject Property. 3. That this permit shall expire on April 30, 1996. That the placement of the Temporary Structure shall comply with all applicable codes and prior to t~ing occupancy, the Permittee shall arrange for a City inspection of the sewer and water serVice connections. That the Permittee shall be responsible for providing the City with proof that the transporter of the structure is licensed to operate in the State of Minnesota and all necessary permits have beene, obtained. That the temporary sewer and water connections shall be removed and the property shall be restored t° its original condition prior to the fu:e. o That the Permittee shall provide the City of Ramsey with a financial guarantee in the form of cash or a letter of credit, approved as to form by the City, in the amount of Five Hundred I)ollars and no cents ($500.00) for the purpose of guaranteeing compliance with the terms ~6f this Permit and timely removal of the Temporary Structure. Upon verification that the Temporary Structure has been removed from the Subject Property, the financial guarantee shall be returned to the Permittee. In the event the Permittee £afls to comply, the C~ty may complete perform any remedial action necessary with City flay labor and/or by letting contracts for said remedial action and draw upon the escrow fog payment. The Permittee hereby grants permission and a license to the City and/or its icontractors and assigns to enter upon the Subject Property for the purpose of performing remedial action in the event of the Permittee's default.
