That in the event the project completion is not feasible by the April 30, 1996 expiration <br />date, the Permittee shall apply to the City Council for an extension of the Permit prior to the <br />the Council's first regular meeting in March of 1996. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That the Permittee hereby agrees to reimburse the City for all expenses incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this Permit.
