DATE: <br /> <br />S, eptember 12, 1995 <br /> <br />City Councfl <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />CC: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />-,~onstmction Work Hours <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />The week of S0ptember 5, 1995, I received a telephone call from Rob Schimanski of Skyway <br />Quality Homes.i He stated his concern with the possible change of work hours from 7:00 a.m. to <br />6:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Rob suggested $hat if the hours axe going to be changed, that a clause be included that allows <br />workers to start Work before 7:00 a.m. when the temperature is above 90 degrees. <br /> <br />Rob also pointed out that on good weather days, construction workers try to make up for the days <br />they couldn't w~rk because of bad or extremely hot weather. If the project takes too long because <br />of bad weather ahd restricted work hours, it will cause the prices of homes to increase. <br /> <br /> <br />
