RiG~T OF ENTRY AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made ~his 8th day of May, 1995, by and <br />between Lore G.'Hamilton, ("Grantor"), and the City of Anoka, a <br />Minnesota municipal corporation ("city"). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Grantor is the fee owner of the real property over' <br />which the City of Anoka desires to acquire the following <br />described easements: <br /> <br /> See Pages A-21 and A-22 attached hereto; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is preparing plans and specifications for <br />the construction and maintenance of public utilities on tke <br />aforedescribed easements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the city has requested that the Grantor convey the <br />aforedescribed easements to the City to accommodate the <br />construction and maintenance of public utilities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Grantor is willing to convey the aforedescribed <br />easements to the city upon terms and conditions that have not <br />been established; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Grantor is willing to permit the City to have <br />possession of the aforedescribed easements immediately so that <br />the City may begin survey work and construction of the utilities; <br /> <br />and --. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ in the event that the city and the Grantor are <br /> <br />unable to reach agreement on the terms and conditions under which <br />the City will acquire the aforedescribed easements, the City will <br /> <br />v:\cliemt\900715[RtEnt-10 <br /> <br />.
