The Grantor hereby grants to the city, its agents, <br /> <br /> assigns, employees, contractors, and invitees, <br /> Dermission to enter upon the aforedescribed easements <br /> for the purpose of surveying for, constructing and <br /> maintaining public utilities. If the City and Grantor <br /> are unable to reach agreement on the terms and <br /> conditions under which the City will acquire the <br /> aforedascribed ~asements, the City agrees that, upon <br /> written request of Grantor, it will immediately <br /> commence condemnation proceedings to acquire the <br /> aforedescribed easements so that the compensation to be <br /> paid to Grantor may be determined. <br /> <br /> 2. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with <br /> and governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 3.
