The prlvate dlsposa~ facilities shall be <br />ab=n~oned in a safe and suitable manner. <br /> <br /> The Chief Admlnlstrator may exempt lndustrl=l users discharging via <br />an NPOE$/$D$ permit from the requirements of this paragraph. <br /> <br /> The following conditions app~ to new connections to the Hetropolitan <br />Disposal System. <br /> <br /> A. no connection shall be made without prior issuance of a <br /> connection permit for the connection and, if required, the' <br /> <br /> payment of a permit f~e, MDS reserve capacity charges, or both; <br /> <br /> B. whenever any person or l~cal government unit desires to connect, <br /> 4n application for the connection shall be submitted to the <br /> Chief Admlnistrator. All applications for connection permits <br /> shall be made by an appropriate representative of the Iota! <br /> 9overnment unit in which the connection is to be located; <br /> <br /> C. an application shall include plans, specifications and <br /> connection details showing the location, dimensions, depths, <br /> and grades of any sewer or sewer system to be connected. <br /> <br /> 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
