I P-'~cel 12 CITY OF RAMSEY EASEMENT PLAT NO. 1 Parcel I3 CITY OF RAMSEY EASEMENT PLAT NO. 1 Parcel 14 CITY OF RAMSEY EASEMENT PLAT NO, I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City Administrator is hereby directed to acquire the easements as described above in accordance with Minnesota Statutes. The City Administrator is authorized to negotiate and represent the City of Ramsay in ali proceedings. That if the easements as described above cannot be acquired by direct negotiation, they shall be acquired by eminent domain. That the City Council hereby authorizes acquisition of the said easements by eminent domain and to take title and possession of that land prior to filing of an award by the Court Appointed Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §117,011 and §1 t7.042. That the City Attorney is authorized to file the necessary petition therefore, and to prosecute such action to a successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or terminated by the City or Court. That the City Administrator is authorized to expend necessary funds for apprafsals of the damages to the owners of the Property as a result of the takings herein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: I I I !
