I <br /> <br />P-'~cel 12 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY EASEMENT PLAT NO. 1 <br /> <br />Parcel I3 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY EASEMENT PLAT NO. 1 <br /> <br />Parcel 14 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY EASEMENT PLAT NO, I <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is hereby directed to acquire the easements as described above in <br />accordance with Minnesota Statutes. The City Administrator is authorized to negotiate and <br />represent the City of Ramsay in ali proceedings. <br /> <br />That if the easements as described above cannot be acquired by direct negotiation, they shall <br />be acquired by eminent domain. <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes acquisition of the said easements by eminent domain <br />and to take title and possession of that land prior to filing of an award by the Court Appointed <br />Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §117,011 and §1 t7.042. <br /> <br />That the City Attorney is authorized to file the necessary petition therefore, and to prosecute <br />such action to a successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or terminated by the <br />City or Court. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is authorized to expend necessary funds for apprafsals of the <br />damages to the owners of the Property as a result of the takings herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
