That the total area of the Subject Property to be rezoned is approximately .7 acres in size. <br /> <br />That the Subject Property is currently zoned B-3 Ilighway Business. <br /> <br />That the adjacent property to the east is zoned R-I Urban Residential and the properties to <br />the north and west are zoned B-3 Highway Business. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That it is anticipated that the City will be adopting an amended land use plan in the near <br />future that projects development of the Subject Property and the adjacent property to the <br />west with single family residential uses.
