PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE #95- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY (~ODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AMENDMENT The following !legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban Residential: That part of Lots 12 and 13, AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NUMBER 30, Anoka County, Minnesota,i according to the record plat thereof, which lies easterly of the following "Line A", westerly' of the following described "Line B", and southerly of the southerly line of Tract B, REGIS~TERED LAND SURVEY NO. 119, Anoka County, Minnesota and its southeasterly extension. "Line A" isidescribed as follows: Commencing at the East Quarter comer of Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, said Anoka County, thence North 0 degrees 55 minutes 06 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the east line oflthe Northeast Quarter of said Section 34 a distance of I54.98 feet to intersect the southwesterly line of the Right of Way of U.S. Highways 10, 52, and 169; thence North 65 degrees 24iminutes 49 seconds West, along said Right of Way a distance of 772.11 feet to the actual IJoint of beginning of "Line A" to be hereby described; thence South I degree 05 minutes 23r~,iseconds East to intersect the northerly fight of way line of 138th; thence South 65 degrees 24!minutes 49 seconds East along the northerly right of way line of 138th Avenue for a distanCe of 4.44 feet; thence South 1 degree 05 minutes 23 seconds East to intersect the northerly shore line of Mississippi River and there terminate.
