Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g95-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FINANCIAL SURETY AMOUNT FOR THE USE <br />OF TEMPORARY STRUCTURES.IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS <br /> <br /> Whereas, on October 10, 1995, the Ramsey City Council adopted a policy wherein <br />permits for temporary structures may be issued by City Staff administratively in emergency <br />situations; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the adopted policy states that a financial surety will be required to ensure <br />the timely removal of the temporary structure from the subject property; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, the adopted policy states that the f'mancial surety will be determined from <br />time to time by City Council resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the financial surety for the use of a temporary <br />emergency situations shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). <br /> <br />structure in <br /> <br /> 2.
