Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION g95-10- RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FINANCIAL SURETY AMOUNT FOR THE USE OF TEMPORARY STRUCTURES.IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS Whereas, on October 10, 1995, the Ramsey City Council adopted a policy wherein permits for temporary structures may be issued by City Staff administratively in emergency situations; and Whereas, the adopted policy states that a financial surety will be required to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure from the subject property; and Whereas, the adopted policy states that the f'mancial surety will be determined from time to time by City Council resolution. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the financial surety for the use of a temporary emergency situations shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). structure in 2.
