I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />VE-VE, INC. <br /> <br />On October 22, 1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Ve-Ve, <br />Inc., a Minnesoti Corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 5,900 square foot building expansion <br />("Structure") on the property at 14047 Azurize Street N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, which property <br />is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The south 200 feet of the north 250 feet of the west 220 feet of the east 880 feet of Lot 1, <br />Auditors Subdivision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota; said distance being measured <br />parallel t6 the north and east line of said Lot 1 together with an easement for road purposes <br />over the aorth 50 feet of the east 880 feet thereof; all according to the map or plat on file or <br />of record in the office of the register of deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />The south 212.68 feet Of the north 462.68 feet of the west 220 feet of the east 880 feet of <br />Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota, together with an easement <br />for road purposes over the west 33 feet of the north 412.68 feet of the east 913 feet and <br />over the r~orth 50 feet of the east 913 feet thereof according to the map or plat on file or of <br />record in the office of the register of deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are fas follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to <br /> and approved by the City's Building Official. Approval is given for a steel building which <br /> will conform in appearance with the existing building on the Site and in accordance with the <br /> Site Plan p, resented to the City consisting of one (1) sheet handrawn by the Permittee. All <br /> building plans must be prepared and certified by a re~stered eng/neer or architect. <br /> <br />2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the <br /> Site Plan drawn and submitted by the Permittee. <br /> <br />REQUIRiED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following !Site improvements on the Site: <br /> <br />Concrete curb consisting of B612 around new par-king lot perimeter;, <br />Bituminous parldng lot and driveway; <br />Class V installation; <br />Site grading; <br />Fire lanes and entrances; <br />Holding pond. <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br /> <br />
