On October 22, 1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Ve-Ve, Inc., a Minnesoti Corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 5,900 square foot building expansion ("Structure") on the property at 14047 Azurize Street N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is legally described as follows: The south 200 feet of the north 250 feet of the west 220 feet of the east 880 feet of Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota; said distance being measured parallel t6 the north and east line of said Lot 1 together with an easement for road purposes over the aorth 50 feet of the east 880 feet thereof; all according to the map or plat on file or of record in the office of the register of deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. -and- The south 212.68 feet Of the north 462.68 feet of the west 220 feet of the east 880 feet of Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota, together with an easement for road purposes over the west 33 feet of the north 412.68 feet of the east 913 feet and over the r~orth 50 feet of the east 913 feet thereof according to the map or plat on file or of record in the office of the register of deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. The ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are fas follows: 1. STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and approved by the City's Building Official. Approval is given for a steel building which will conform in appearance with the existing building on the Site and in accordance with the Site Plan p, resented to the City consisting of one (1) sheet handrawn by the Permittee. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a re~stered eng/neer or architect. 2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. 3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the Site Plan drawn and submitted by the Permittee. REQUIRiED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following !Site improvements on the Site: Concrete curb consisting of B612 around new par-king lot perimeter;, Bituminous parldng lot and driveway; Class V installation; Site grading; Fire lanes and entrances; Holding pond.
