Welsh, <br />husband and wife as <br />joint tenants <br /> <br />The Easterly 650 feet of the <br />North HaJf of the North Half of <br />the North Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 22, Township 32 North, <br />Range 25 West, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O~ THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOI~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows= <br /> <br />1. That the City Administrator is hereby directed to acquire the <br /> easements as described above in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes. The City Administrator is authorized to negotiate <br /> and represent the City of Ramsey in all proceedings· <br /> <br />That if the easements as described above cannot be acquired <br />by direct negotiation, they shall be acquired by eminent <br />domain. <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes acquisition of the <br />said easements by eminent domain and to take title and <br />possession of that land prior to filing of an award by the <br />Court Appointed Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />§117.011 and §117.042. <br /> <br />That the City Attorney is authorized to file the necessary <br />petition therefore, and to prosecute such action to a <br />successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or <br />terminated by the City or Court. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is authorized to expend necessary <br />funds for appraisals of the damages to the owners of the <br />Property as a result of the takings herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of ~oregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember ~'J~J and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
