Subdivision - Design Standards § 9.50.30 <br /> <br /> Subd. <br />following certifications: <br /> <br />Name and address of developer and the surveyor preparing the <br />plat; <br /> <br />Attorney's approval of title; and <br /> <br />An appropriate statement dedicating all easements not previously <br />dedicated. <br /> <br />A reproducible copy of the final plat shall be prepared as an <br />address map in accordance with City and County policy and <br />shall include all addresses of lots platted. <br /> <br />Final plats, certification. The final plat shall contain the <br /> <br />a. Notarized certificates by owner or by any mortgage holder of <br /> record of the adoption of the plat and the dedication of streets <br /> and other public areas; <br /> <br />b. Notarized certification by a registered land surveyor to the effect <br /> that the plat represents a survey made by him and that <br /> monuments and markers shown therein exist as located and that <br /> all dimensional and geodetic details are correct; <br /> <br />c. Certification showing that all taxes and special assessments or <br /> fees imposed in lieu thereof due on the property have been paid <br /> in full; <br /> <br />d. Space for certificates of approval to be filled in by the signatures <br /> of the Chairman of the Planning Commission, the Mayor, the <br /> Administrator and the City Engineer;, <br /> <br />e. Private restrictions and trusteeships and their duration, Should <br /> such restrictions and trusteeships be of such length as to make <br /> the lettering of same on plat impracticable and thus necessitate <br /> the preparation of a separate instruments, reference to such <br /> instruments shall be made on the plat and the book and page <br /> number referring to the instrument shall be added to the plat after <br /> the restrictions or trusteeship have been recorded; and <br /> <br />f. The form for approval of County authorities as required. <br /> <br />9.50.05 <br /> <br />Minor Plat Procedure. <br /> <br />Subdivision 1.Division or consolidation of platted lots. <br /> <br /> a. General Rule. The division and consolidation of lots which <br /> are part of a recorded plat and tracts which are part of a recorded <br /> Registered Land Survey is subject to the provisions of this <br /> subsection. <br /> <br /> b. Filing, Survey. The owner of lots or tracts to be so divided <br /> or consolidated shall file an application for such division or <br /> consolidation with the City Staff, together with a proposed <br /> survey plat or registered land survey of the lots or tracts to be <br /> divided or consolidated, showing the dimensi6ns of the lots or <br /> tracts as measured upon the recorded plat or survey and the <br /> proposed division or consolidati0n thereof.
