Subdivision Design Standards § 9.50.30 the installation of all of the following improvements within the subdivision: 1. Stage I Improvements: Major construction items needed to be constructed with a plat prior to issuance of any building permit: (a) Trunk Sanitary Sewer (Urban) (b) Trunk Watermain (Urban) (c) Trunk Storm Drainage Facilities (when specified) (d) Source and Storage (Future Water Facilities) (e) Lateral Sanitary Sewer (Urban) (f) Lateral Watermain (Urban) (g) Lateral Storm Sewer and/or Ponding (h) Streets (i) Concrete Curb and Gutter (Urban) (j) Street Traffic Control Signs (k) Easement Acquisition (1) Lot Grading (m) Trail and Park Development (n). Street Lights 2. Stage II Improvements: Minor and miscellaneous items required prior to acceptance by the .City: (a) Inspection (b) Street Striping and Signing (c) Street Sweeping (d) Sidewalk (Optional) (e) Seal Coating (or escrow for) (f) Adjusting Water Shut-Off Boxes (Urban) (g) Maintenance of Storm Water Sewer and Facilities (h) Boulevard Sodding In addition to the above Stage I and Stage II. improvements, additional improvements may be required in the specific development contract. Supervision. The installation of the above improvements shall be under the control and supervision of the City Engineer who shall specify the manner in which such installations shall be made. Monuments. No final plat shall be approved by the Council unless the owner/subdivider shall have placed and installed survey monuments of a permanent character at all points as shown on the final plat as required by the Engineer and County Surveyor. Alt federal, state, county or other official bench marks, monuments or triangulation stations in 'or adjacent to the property shall be preserved in preci .se position.
