Each'party shall carry at its own expense comprehensive liability insurance <br />covering its potential liability under this Section with personal injury limits of not less than <br />$100,000 per person and $250,000 per occurrence, and property damage limits of $25,000 per <br />occurrence and $$0,000 aggregate. A certificate from the insurance carrier stating the limits of <br />liability and specifically referring to this conn'act and Section shall be furnished by each party to the <br />other before operation is begun. <br /> <br /> 10. M~inten~ce and _Operation of Facilities. The School District shall provide all <br />grounds care and ~mowing associated with the skating area. The City shall perform all building <br />maintenance on the warming house. The School District sh~ll be responsible for electrical costs, <br />and the City will~ be responsible for telephone service. The City will be responsible for ice <br />development and Snow removal at the rinks. <br /> <br /> 11. Rel~a~i0n of Am'cement. This agreement may be terminated by either party by <br />written notice givdn not less than one year from the proposed date of termination. On termination, <br />either party shall have the option to acquire the structures acquired under this agreement at a <br />negotiated price.
