o

Drainage: There is a tile line which drains water from the dirt parking lot toward Rivlyn
Su'eet N.W~. It is unknown whether this tile actually connects to the storm sewer in Rivlyn
Street. Fo#owing improvements, the general drainage pattern will be similar to the existing
one. All flow will drain from Hwy. #10 N.W., southward toward Rivlyn Street. The
grading fr~m the southwest comer of the paved lot should be graded with an 18 inch deep
swale draining to the south along the west property line to prevent water from draining onto
the adjace~.t property. A shallow sump area, approximatey 25 feet square, should be
created in the southwest comer of the lot. This swale and sump area should be graded and
revegetateXl to allow infiltration of and sediment removal from the run-off prior to
overflowidg into the street storm sewer.

The Planning Co~nmission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 9, 1995
to
consider your request for site plan approval for site improvements at 6246 Hwy. #10 N.W. I
suggest that you, ~r your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that
may arise.

For your information, I am enclosing a copy of the Planing Commission case cover sheet. If you
have any question.% please don't hesitate to call me.

Respectfully,

CITY OF RAMSEY

Sylvia Frolik
Zoning Administrator

cc: Planning Commission
