East River Road municipality ot referred to as th~ DEFINITIONS MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FoR SIREN RECEIVER/DECODERS FIXED-PRICE SERVICE services agreement is made and entered into as of this day of , by and between Doradus Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, of 6095 Fridley, Minnesota 55432, hereinafter referred to as "Doradus" and the ,, County), Minnesota, hereinafter I'City,,. The terms "Unit~, "Receiver/Decoder", and "Sen, ice Call" shall be defined as follows in this Agreement: UNIT c~onsists of the entiro siren installation, including the pole, siren, receiver/. ,d~.~'~oder, el~tricat service and connections, area around the pole and access to the site. RECEIV~ DECODER "Receive~/Decoder" is the portion of the siren system which is responsible for the receipt an~ transmission of control commands and information and the activation of the circui~'y which actually sounds the siren. This includes the radio transceiver, the decoder t~o.}~, ard and its power supply (including the battery backup), the antenna, the interconn~ting cables and connectors and the control box. SERVICIi CALL A "Servi0e Call" is a visit to a unit with the intention and capability of performing either preventive maintenance or corrective action to the receiver/decoder. A technician making a~service call shall have with him/her the tools and spare parts necessary to reasonably assure a fully operational receiver/decoder at the end of the service call. It is agreed by an.d between the parties as follows: 1. SERVICES ' Domdus shall provide and the City shall compensate Doradus as hereinafter provided for the following: 1.1 PREVENTIVE MAINTF_/qANCE-A Doradus technician shall perform a preventive maintenance inspection of each unit described on Attachment 1 attached
