The public hearing closed at 7:17 p.m. Council Business Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:17 Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt Resolution g95--09-220 adopting assessment for Improvement Project g95-01 (Sealcoat and crack fill to River's Bend 1st, 2nd, and Plaza Additions). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Zimmerman, Beahen and Beyer.
