#8: 95-08: Sealcoat and Crack Fill to Sortebergs 6th Addition Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:22 p.m. to conduct the public hearing. Public Hearing Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:22 p.m. Dan Goepfer~, 7601 - 163rd N.W., assessment and inquired if this was more. Mr. Jankowski stated that there is no assessment on the outlot owned by Mr. Goepfert as k is deemed unbuildable. Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the public heating. Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen and Peterson. Voting No: None. The public hearing closed at 7:25 p.m. Council Business Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:25 p.m. Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Resolution g95-09-227 adopting assessment for Improvement Project g95-08 (Sealcoat and crack ffli to Sortebergs 6th Addition). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Peterson and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. #9: 95-09: Bituminous Overlay Improvements to Sport Haven/Carol Rose Addition Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:25 p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing. Public Hearing Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:25 p.m. Citizen Input Steve and Betty Johnston, 17501 Baugh Street N.W., Ramsey, stated they have a comer lot and do not have access to the overlayed street.
