I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CASE # 7 <br /> <br />i REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF <br />PHILLIPS ADDITION TO RAMSEY; CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramse~ recently entered into an agreement with A1 Phillips of Alu'on to plat the Alu'on <br />property severed b~ the extension of Sunwood Drive in exchange for the dedicated right of way for <br />that road extension., <br /> <br />The following iten~ are enclosed for your review: <br /> <br />a) Site~ocation map <br />b) Prog~osed final plat <br />c) Ci~ Staff review letter dated December 12, 1995 <br />d) ProOosed resolution for final plat approval <br />Notification: <br /> <br />Public hearings ar~ not required for minor subdivisions and therefore no persons were notified of <br />this pending subdivision. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Both of the resul~ <br />for the Industrial <br />receive Ownership <br /> <br />g lots in the property split meet the minimum area and dimension requirements <br />listrict. A substantial portion of Lot 1, Block 1 is wetland and the City will <br />~f that parcel. The developability of Lot 1, Block 1 is yet to be determined.
