No bid will be considered unless all <br />locations are dontemplated by the bidder for all items quoted, Award will be made by Hennepin <br />County on behalf of the Cooperative Purchasing Members who will each be issuing purchase orders <br />and are to beI billed separately and will make payment .separately. The estimated quantities <br />indicated on tl~e attached bid Proposal form are for a oneLtime delivery. <br /> <br />Right is reserved by the purchasers to change delivery points Or to add or delete such points. <br /> <br />TECHNICAL (~,UESTIONS: Technical questions regarding the technical requirements of'these <br />specifications ~hould be directed to Ms. Barbara Sutey, Hennepin County Bureau of Public Works, <br />(61 2) 930-254~6. <br /> <br />AWARD: In addition to any other award information elsewhere in these specifications, award will <br />also be based( upon but not necessarily limited to, the factors of: parts and service, past <br />experience including maintenance and operating costs of the County and the Cooperative <br />Purchasing Members cited above with similar or related equipment of bidders, and projected <br />operating costs;and trade-in values of the manufacturer and model proposed in terms of the County <br />and the CoopeRative Purchasing Members experience with the current or immediate past model <br />year. <br /> <br />The Total Amount for each item on the bid Proposal form"is the amount, used to determine the iow <br />bid for each ite~. ... <br /> <br />NEW VEHICLE WARRANTY: The contractor shall furnish manufacturer's standard new vehicle <br />warranty as a minimum and shall promptly replace or repair defective material, parts, workmanship <br />and/or inadequate design at no cost to Hennepin County. Notwithstanding anything contained in <br />the manufacturi~r's standard new vehicle warranty, such warranty shall be for thirty-six (36) <br />months or 36,0'riD0 miles, bumper-to-bumper, full warranty as a minimum. <br /> <br /> <br />
