CONTROLS: <br /> <br />Shall be mounted in the cab beLween the seats approximately 10" off the cab <br />floor. They shall be Morse remote valve control system with sealed cables. <br />Must be bonnet-type connections at valve bank as to seal hydraulic valve <br />spool ends. Cab controls must be single control levers stacked together for <br />operation of all sections in hydraulic valve bank. Cables shall be stainless <br />steel core capable of 100 pounds of push and pull. Box valve control to have <br />adjustable stop to control lift. <br /> <br />OIL RESERVOIR: <br /> <br />Shall be not less than 25-gallon, baffled oil supply tank with magnetic drain <br />plug and accessible airtight fill cap, pressure-vacuum relief valve, double- <br />braided, high pressure hose and large 1-1/4" diameter suction hose. Tank <br />shall be furnished with type A automatic transmission fluid. Sight gauge on <br />outside of tank. Bruening pressure valve to be built into reservoir. <br /> <br />FILTER: <br /> <br />To be installed on return line side of reservoir. Shall have a 25 micron rating, <br />spin on type with a 15 PSI bypass spring built in the filter head. <br /> <br />SNOWPLOW: <br /> <br />Shall be fitted with power reversible, 11' x 41" high minimum. Dual <br />compression type springs, screw adjustable skid shoes, blade guides at each <br />end. Falls model PR 1143 or approved equal. <br /> <br />WING: <br /> <br />Shall be fitted with a front mount snow wing, 10" minimum length. Falls <br />model TAH-10 or approved equal. <br /> <br />HITCH: <br /> <br />Shall be lever action quick disconnect with single acting lift cylinder. Fails <br />model 46 or approved equal. <br /> <br />TAILGATE <br />SANDER: <br /> <br />Track shall be fitted with a rear mount sander with hydraulically driven auger <br />and single spinner. The sander shall be a Swenson model UA 110 or <br />approved equal. <br /> <br />PAINT: <br /> <br />Box, sander, plow and sing to be painted to match cab of truck. <br /> <br />WARRANTY: <br /> <br />Each bidder shall furnish a signed warranty of the equipment included in this <br />package. The warrantee period shall be for a period of at lease one year and <br />cover all parts and labor from defects in material and workmanship. <br /> <br />The successful bidder shall furnish operator's manuals, shop manuals, <br />lubrication charts and parts books for the various items of equipment being <br />furnished. <br /> <br />All noted equipment shall in installed. <br /> <br />The bidder shall state, in the proposal, a complete description of each item of equipment being <br />furnished. <br /> <br /> <br />
