Fully boxed body top rail with front <br />comer posts and tapered running boards. All welds shall be continuous with <br />no spaces for entrapped moisture. Rear of dump body shall be reinforced <br />with a 3/16" full rear apron welded to long beams and rear comer posts. A <br />safer), prop, meeting state and federal requirements, shall be furnished and <br />installed. Include rear light receptacles recessed into rear comer posts. Rear <br />lights shall have removable lenses and replaceable bulbs. <br /> <br />CAB SHIF~LD: 1/2 cab shield (10 gauge) to be bolted on the recessed for exhaust stack. <br /> <br />END GATE: <br /> <br />To be double acting type, constructed of l0 gauge corten steel with vertical <br />and horizontal bracing. The gate shall include 3/8" coil-proof spreader <br />chains, chain hooks (top and bottom), pegs for storing spreader chains when <br />not in use, a/r-operated trip, 1" flame cut hardware and 1-1/4" mn/mum hinge <br />pins. <br /> <br />WALK RA]J~: <br /> <br />To be 1-1/2" square tubing, welded parallel between vertical side braces and <br />8" above bottom of rub rail. <br /> <br />MUD FLAPS: <br /> <br />To be mounted rear of rear wheels. .-- .-- <br /> <br />LIGHTS: <br /> <br />To meet DOT specifications 108 with stop-taillights in rear comer post <br />(protected). headlights to be high mounted on hood of vehicle with high-low <br />beam to operate on same dimmer switch. Wiring to be mounted in conduit. <br /> <br />HOIST: <br /> <br />Shall be NTEA class 50, double acting cylinder, low mount style. Lift to be <br />nor less than 50 de~ees. <br /> <br />HS_qDRALrLIC SYSTEM: <br /> <br />PUMP: <br /> <br />Front frame mounted, shall be direct driven by a Spicer 1310 series driveline <br />from the crankshaft to the engine. The hvdraulic pump to be U.S. made, <br />pressure/flow compensated (lead sensing~). Both compensators must be <br />screw adjustable. The pump must be capable of 23 GPM at 3000 PSI at 2500 <br />RPM, Cessna model 70523 or equal. <br /> <br />Shall be. mounted outside and between 'frame rMls. Shall be sectional type, <br />Gresen model V30LS or approved equal. Valve shall be closed center load- <br />sensing capable of 30 GPM and 3500 PSI.-. Pilot line will run from valve <br />outlet cover to pressure compensator or pump. Valve bank shall have 6 <br />functions - left to right: sander, hoist, plow, plow angle, front wing, rear <br />wing. <br /> <br />Provide t/4" NPTF gauge port in inlet section plugged. <br /> <br />36, <br /> <br /> <br />
