8) <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />~o) <br /> <br />The equipment to be furnished under these specifications shall be essentially the standard <br />product bf the manufacturer. Ali equipment'ghall be of the best quality normally used for <br />the purpose of good commercial practice and shall be products of reputable manufacturers. <br />The eqmpment shall be designed and built in strict accordance with the applicable <br />specifications, codes and regulations. Design, material, workmanship and performance <br />shall equal or exceed the minimum requirements of these standards and they shall <br />incorpor~.te the latest accepted practices and usages with respect to design, material and <br />constmcuon. <br /> <br />RIGHT TO OPERATE UNSATISFACTORY EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />The Owrler shall have the right to operate any or all apparatus as soon and as long as it is in <br />operating condition whether or not such apparatus had been accepted as complete and <br />satisfactory, except that this shall not be constructed to permit operation of any apparatus <br />which mjay be materially damaged by such operation before any required alterations, or <br />repairs halve been made by the Contractor. All repairs required by the Owner shall be made <br />by the C¢ntractor at such time as directed by Owner. The repairs and alterations shall be <br />made in ~iuch a manner and such a time as will cause a minimum interruption in the use of <br />the apparatus by the Owner. <br /> <br />DELIVERY <br /> <br />The Contractor shall state in the proposal the date by which the vehicle will be delivered to <br />the City. <br /> <br />GUARANWEES <br /> <br />All propOSals submitted shall contain the manufacturer's guarantee as to workmanship and <br />materials and shall furthermore include complete performance guarantees. Proposals shall <br />be accompanied by the manufacturer's complete specifications. <br /> <br /> <br />
