Unless the Commission feels there should be significant <br />changes to the pla,h, those that are necessary should be decided during this case. <br /> <br />Upon agreement, ithe Commission will recommend City Counci{ adoption of the Park and Trail <br />Location Plan at the time it adopts the other element of the City s Comprehensive Plan. This is <br />expected early in 1995 and will likely include an additional public hearing. <br /> <br />Attached is a resPPnse from the Anoka County Engineer regarding several issues relative <br /> to <br /> the <br />Park and Trail Plan.
