As part of the <br />agreement, the City ~s responsible for any park dedication due. <br /> <br />Observation: <br /> <br />One need in this fi~'ea would be for a transportational trail from Sunwood Drive N.W. to the <br />Wendells site on ~e e~L;t side of Industry Avenue N.W.
