Pork Dedica~tion: It is anticipated that the park dedication will consist of a combination of cash and trail development. 9. Pedestrian Transportation: The developer will be required to continue the pedestrian path along i53~rd Avenue N.W. and Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. This transportation improvemeht is not park dedication credit eligible. The Planning Con~nission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 1995 and the Park and Recreatiofn Commission will be meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 1995 to review your sk~[ch plan. The meetings will be held at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen' Blvd. N.~,V.
