Pork Dedica~tion: It is anticipated that the park dedication will consist of a combination of <br /> cash and trail development. <br /> <br />9. Pedestrian Transportation: The developer will be required to continue the pedestrian path <br /> along i53~rd Avenue N.W. and Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. This transportation <br /> improvemeht is not park dedication credit eligible. <br /> <br />The Planning Con~nission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 1995 and the <br />Park and Recreatiofn Commission will be meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 1995 <br />to review your sk~[ch plan. The meetings will be held at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen' Blvd. N.~,V.
