The existing access to the homestead parcels acquired south of the existing site will be eliminated. City Staff is recon-anending that school zone signs be erected at the north and south approaches to the school. Although the Cirg does perform some minor maintenance of the recreational areas at Ramsey Elementary Schcq3, it is not CiD' property. In addition, the hockey rinks are in disrepair and se~ed by a dirt pa!'king lot.
