Please review for any application to <br />Ramsey's current adoption process. To carry this a step further, is <br />it appropriate or legally sound for City Council to take action on a <br />application for a conditional use permit, for example, without <br />benefit of approved Planning Commission public hearing minutes <br />being provided in their case back-up materials? If not, then not <br />forwarding a case to the Council before we have approved Planning <br />Comm/ssion minutes could add another 4-6 minimum weeks of <br />processing time to the case. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission requested that members of the Park and <br />Recreation Commission present their most current Parks and Trail <br />Plan to the Planning Commission at either their regular meeting in <br />September or October. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the preliminary plat for Townhouses of Rum River Hills <br />contingent upon the developer complying with City Staff review <br />letter dated October 27, 1994, and the Commission's <br />recommendations for fire proofing between any attached units. <br />Forward to Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed Staff to work with <br />Commissioner Deemer on a proposed arterial thoroughfare setback <br />ordinance.
