Proceed to final plat stage. <br /> <br />Christmas Tree Lot signs were discussed. Thc Council talked <br />about having the Planning Commission review the sign ordinance <br />as it relates to seasonal, etc. As discussion ensued, it appeared the <br />consensus of thc Council was that this would be a good discussion <br />for the workshop. Councilmember Zimmerman stated he felt that <br />with regard to Christmas Tree farms, thc signs should pertain more <br />to thc directional rather than to thc price of the trees. <br /> <br />Council appeared interested in touring the ACCAP house prior to <br />the January 5 closing date. Please scheduled an evening tour. <br /> <br />Thc Planning Commission voted to table site plan review for <br />Independent School District #11 until they can discuss tonight's <br />suggested revisions at the January 3, 1995 Planning Commission <br />meeting. Independent School District #11 will also address the <br />dra/nagc issue at that time. Place on January 3, 1995 agenda. <br /> <br />Thc Planning Commission voted to table site plan review for <br />Ralph's Gun and Pawn until the January 3, 1995 Planning <br />Commission meeting providing an opportunity for the applicant to <br />respond to City Staff review letter dated November 29, 1994. <br />Place on January 3, 1995 agenda. <br /> <br />Per Commissioner Deemer's direction, amend the Planning <br />Commission meeting minutes...of November 1, 1994, under <br />Commission Input, Item #1, as follows: The eighth paragraph on <br />page 6 of 7 should read"...He announced that unless the City Code <br />has been changed, the Comprehensive Plan is the mandate of the <br />Planning Commission." <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to establish that the Planning <br />Commission has reviewed the modified development proga'am for <br />Development District No. 1 and the Tax Increment Financing Plan <br />for Tax Increment Financing Distr/cts #'s 1, 2, and 4, and has <br />determined that the modifications are consistent with the <br />Comprehensive Plan of the City of Ramsey. Forward to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the City <br />Council adopt Ordinance #94-XX, amending Chapter 9 of the <br />Ramsey City Code (Conditional Use Permits).
