W. <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Re: Asphalt Plant Conditional Use Permit Renewal <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Frolik: <br /> <br />On January 12, 1988, a Conditional Use Permit was issued to Commercial Asphalt Co. for the <br />construction and operation of a hot mix asphalt plant, including recycling hot mix asphalt and <br />concrete, in the City of Ramsey. This Conditional Use Permit will expire on January 31, 1995. <br />In accordance with your request, we have completed a Conditional Use Permit Application to <br />continue our operations at this location. A check in the mount of $600.00 for the required <br />escrow and application fees is enclosed. <br /> <br />Also enclosed is a site plan which identifies site access, site structures and equipment, material <br />stockpile areas and haul routes. Previous records for this site indicate an average of 13 trucks per <br />hour access our site. Our operational season is generally from April through the end of <br />November, with normal operating hours being 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday. <br />Occasionally situations arise such as public emergencies or accelerated work schedules which <br />may require an extension of these hours.
