Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~95-02- RESOLUTIOI~, ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO COMMERCIA~ ASPHALTS REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONTINUE 70 OPERATE AN ASPHALT PRODUCTION PLAN IN THE BUSINESS WJ[REHOUSE DISTRICT WHERE~,.S, Commercial Asphalt, hereinafter referred to as Applicant, has properly applied for a cor~ditional use permit to continue to operate an asphalt production plan in the Business Warehouse District on the property legally described as follows: The most a_outheasterly 20 acre parcel of the following described property: Lot 3, AUi~.~ORS SUBDMSION NUMBER 30, according to the map or plat thereof on file and Of__' record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota~ Lot 1, AUI~ITORS SUBDIVISION NUMBER 31, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota'.~ ~and~ The West 995 feet, as measured at fight angles, of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section ~7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota except that part taken for Industr3, Avenue Northwest as shown on Anoka County Highway Right-of Way Plat No. 8.
