An outlet is also proposed onto Hwy. #47. In exchange for this outlet, Mn/DOT may require <br />closing one of the accesses on the west side of Hwy. #47 in the same vicinity. It is Staff's <br />understanding that the developer has initiated a permit application at Mn/DOT. <br /> <br />The drainage plan needs to be mod/fled to include a high water overflow from the natural pond on <br />the east plat boundary into a sedimentation basin located on the southeast comer of the site which <br />would in mm overflow into DNR Protected Wetland 659.
