City Staff is recommending that the developer be required to <br /> construct an~8 foot wide bituminous pathway from the north boundary of the commercial <br /> lot north to 144th Avenue N.W. The City will reimburse the developer for the cost of path <br /> constructioninorth of the north boundary of Parkshire North. <br /> <br />10. Screening: The overflow off-street parking areas on the east side of the plat are required to <br /> be screened ~om the adjacent single family uses. <br /> <br />The Planning Corn .mission will be meeting to review your sketch plan at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />February 7, 1995 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W.
