Present the proposed ordinance, <br />as mended, at the public hearing in February. <br /> <br />It was noted that the staff direction dated 8/2/94 to Attorney <br />Goodrich requesting legal opinion with regard to a Kentucky case <br />in the Zoning Bulletin is still pending. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #95-01-017 (Beyer/Peterson/AII) <br />adopting Findings of Fact #0371 relating to a request from <br />Anoka-Hennepln Independent School District No. 11 to rezone <br />certain property from B-2 Business and R-1 Rural Residential <br />to R-3 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Council granted approval to the site plan for the expansion of <br />Ramsey Elementary School contingent upon modifying the site <br />plan to include concrete curbing, parking lot lighting and trails, <br />and the submittal of an acceptable drainage plan. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council adopted Resolution #95-01-023 approving an extension <br />to' the Conditional Use Permit expiration date for Kaltec of <br />Minnesota, Inc. alternate Fuel demo project. Notify Applicant. <br /> <br />Council heard requests for CDBG funding. Mayor Hardin stated <br />that Council's intent Is to make a final determination on who gets <br />what on February 14. Please place such case on that agenda. <br /> <br />Council adopted Ordinance #95-3 rezoning Ramsey Elementary <br />School property. Jo will publish it in the Union. <br /> <br />Council granted preliminary plat approval to Northfork Oaks 2nd <br />Addition contingent upon drafting a satisfactory agreement with <br />Mr. Charles Delaney of Armstrong Kennels, submittal of a <br />modified Grading and Drainage Plan with erosion control, and an <br />acceptable Tree Preservation Plan. Proceed to final plat. <br /> <br />Council approved site plan approval to Ral~h Nissen of Rafph's <br />Gun and Pawn. Execute Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
