Construction of a one new single family home on a lot in a plat. <br />2. Construction of one new single family home on a lot described by <br /> metes and bounds. <br />3. Development on more than one parcel of residential property or <br /> any development of commercial or industrial property. It is <br /> intended that this classification shall include all proposed plats and <br /> subdivisions which create two or more parcels. <br /> <br /> <br />
