For <br />watercourses, the iordinary high water level shall be the elevation of the top of the bank of the <br />channel. For reservoirs and flowages, the ordinary high water level shall be the operating <br />elevation of the nc nnal summer pool. <br /> Pl~inned Cluster Development means a pattern of subdivision development <br />which places dw~ lling units into compact groupings while providing a commonly owned or <br />dedicated open si ,ce. <br /> <br /> Primitive Campsites means an area that consists of individual remote campsites <br />accessible only by!foot or water. <br /> <br /> Screened means when a structure is built or placed on a lot o~ so as to be <br />visually inconspJ~cuous as viewed from the river during the summer months.
