Councilmember r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />[ <br />r RESOLUTION 095-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTIO~ ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # TO REZONE CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY FROM B-1 BUSINESS TO B-2 BUSINE-'g'~- <br /> <br /> WHERE,_S, the City received an application to rezone certain property in accordance <br />with Section 9.0~.03 of the Ramsey City Code; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREi~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY,[ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That Pol/~a Dot Dairy, Inc., and Rum River Properties, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Applica~ts", have properly applied to rezone certain property from B-1 Business to B-2 <br /> Business.~ <br /> <br />That the P~lanning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of <br />the City ~..ode on April 4, 1995 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and <br />that the rn~nutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part <br />hereinaf~ <br /> <br />Th <br />25 <br />Su <br /> O~' <br /> <br /> lin <br /> th{ <br />Ot <br /> <br />of the following described property lying southerly of "Line A" to be <br />described: <br /> <br />at part of Government Lot 6, Section 36, Township 32, Range <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the centerline of <br />te Trunk Highway No. 47 according to the duly recorded plats of <br />2BOW ADDITION, RIVER'S BEND PLAZA and RIVER'S <br />ND PLAZA 3RD ADDITION; and lying north of the Northerly <br />~' of the right-of-way of County Road No. 116 as now shown on <br />duly recorded plat of ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT- <br />!-WAY PLAT NO. 36.
