CASE # 5 <br /> <br />REQUE~;T FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW OF BUSINESS PARK 95, <br />A'rMINOR SUBDIVISION; CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> i By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Rar0sey recently entered into a purchase agreement for property in the Industrial <br />Dis~ct and is ndw proposing to plat 3 lots ~rom that prope~'y and an adjacent parcel previously <br />acquired to accommodate incoming indusWial developments. The area to be platted is <br />approximately 13~r acres in size. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your review: <br /> a) Sit. e location map <br /> b) P~posed sketch plan <br /> c) C'~ Staff review letter dated March 29, 1995 <br /> <br />Observations: ~ <br /> ? <br /> <br /> ; <br />Outlot A is a nataral ponding area that would be retained by the City for drainage purposes and <br />perhaps some mir~or recreational activity, such as a pedestrian pathway around the pond. All of the <br />lots meet the one ~cre min~um lot size requirement. <br />The lots would receive public access from McKinley and Uranium Streets.
