Preliminary Plat Review <br />Fox Knoll <br />March 28, 1995 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> ; <br /> <br /> The entiroty of the wetlands should be delineated and protected as a drainage and utility <br /> easement~n the final plat, not just the County ditch. <br /> <br />The standard drainage and utility easements have been provided around the perimeter of <br />each of th~ lots. <br /> <br />Li~ndscat~ Plan: A landscape plan must be submitted as an addendum to the Grading and <br />Drainag~ plan. The plan must indicate trees to be preserved and the method for doing so, <br />and the plating (by species) of at least one 2 inch diameter tree in the front yard of each of <br />the lots. The species and location of trees to be planted are subject to the approval of the <br />City and shall be specified on the landscape plan. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Park Dedi! <br />Their rec¢ <br />developm~ <br />alignment <br />of the plal <br /> <br />:ation: The sketch plan was reviewed by the Park and Recreation Commission. <br />Immendation is that park dedication consist of a combination of cash and trail <br />:nt.
