10. <br /> <br />il. <br /> <br />That in 199~4, the City Council denied a request for a conditional use permit to store <br />numerous pi~eces of commercial equipment in the R-1 Rural Residential District with a one~ <br />year grace ~eriod for the applicant to make accommodations to store the equipment in a <br />more approWiate district. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be detrimental to persons residing or working in the <br />vicinity of file use or to the public welfare because of traffic, nois~e, odors or visual impact <br />generated by the use of the equipment. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That the prC~tOosed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment or <br />market value of any surrounding properties because of traffic, noise, odor or visual impact. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That the pr0~osed use will/will not be harmonious and in accordance with any specific <br />objectives os!the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />That the pro~°sed use will/will not be operated an maintained so as to be harmonious and <br />appropriate ih appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity and <br />such use will,will not change the essential or intended character of the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not increase traffic to and from the Subject Property. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That the proBosed use will/will not be disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses and <br />the rural residential character of the neighborhood because of traffic, noise, and visual <br />impact generated by the equipment. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be a substantial improvement to the property in the <br />immediate vicinity and to the community as a whole. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost <br />for public facilities and services and it will/will not be detrimental to the economic welfare <br />of the commfinity. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not involve the use of equipment that will/will not be <br />detrimental t~ the serenity and peacefulness of the residential neighborhood by reason of <br />production of. noise traffic, odor, and visual impact. <br /> <br />20. That the proposed use will/will not be consistent with the intent and purposes of Section <br /> 9.03.04 (condltional use permits) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />The motion for the ad;option of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abst:ained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
