DEVELOPERS <br /> <br /> The development is controlled by Rum River Hills, a Joint <br /> <br />Venture consisting of Wesley and Della Bulen, Thomas and Paula <br />Anderson, and Berglund &Dorn, a partnership. This Joint Venture <br />has contractually agreed to participate in the implementation of <br />the Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br /> A. Operation and Management. Golf course operation and <br /> <br />management will be controlled by Rum River Hills, Inc. a <br />corporation in which the major shareholder is Wesley Bulen. <br />Clubhouse facilities will also be owned by Rum River Hills, Inc., <br /> <br /> <br />
